The social world around us is filled with complexities, from the diversity of opinions to our lived experiences, each of which makes every story a unique one. To understand each other better, we need platforms where people can talk, share ideas, and listen. The exchange of ideas offers us new insights that build empathy and broaden our perspectives, helping us break free from the cocoon of limited thinking.

With this vision, 'The Discourse Society' was created to encourage open discussion and respectful dialogue among everyone. Joining Discourse during my college days took me from a clueless being to a confident one, shaping how I think and who I am.

The Discourse एक वह भावना है जिसने पिछले कुछ समय में अपने विविध रूप धारण किए हैं; अपनी उपयोगिता सिद्ध की है, और वास्तव में एक छात्र की शैक्षणिक संभावनाओं को साकार करने में मदद करती है।

केवल समाजशास्त्र व्याख्यान (lecture) आयोजन मंच की प्रारंभिक अवधारणा से लेकर आज के छात्रों की महत्वपूर्ण शैक्षणिक इच्छाओं को सफलतापूर्वक संबोधित करने में सक्षम रही है। मुझे आज भी याद है कि कुछ लोग इसे 'The Discourage' जैसा कुछ उपनाम देते थे क्योंकि उन्हें लगता था कि हमारा विचार बहुत घिसा-पिटा है और हम वही कर रहे थे जो पहले से ही बीएचयू में व्यापक रूप से किया जा रहा था। और, वास्तव में, यह कुछ हद तक सच था। लेकिन हमने इसमें कुछ बदलाव किए, जैसे कि विज्ञानों (learned) के साथ-साथ शिक्षार्थियों (Learners) पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना, विद्यार्थियों की वास्तविक माँगों को सर्वोत्कृष्ट संभव तरीके से ध्यान में रखना, और अपना काम उसी तरह पूरी जिम्मेदारी और जवाबदेही के साथ करना।.
